No matter how long or short their stay, our residents truly enjoy living at the Pavilion. Staff members take the time to establish relationships with our residents and genuinely care for their well-being. We get to know our residents well and form bonds of friendship, often as close as family.
The Appling Nursing & Rehabilitation Pavilion provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, with a skilled and compassionate staff of RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
We are proud of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, all of whom deliver the latest approaches in technology and care. Our in-house Certified Medical Director ensures all our residents receive regular visits and quality healthcare. Residents also have convenient access to the physicians and specialists from Appling Hospital in the next building. Hospice services can also be provided to residents based on eligibility as determined by their physician.
On-site rehabilitative services are available, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. An exceptionally qualified team of therapists works with Pavilion residents to improve balance, strength, mobility, memory and functionality.
Rehabilitation and therapy services are provided by Appling Healthcare in partnership with BenCura Rehabilitation Services, a premier provider of innovative rehabilitation therapy.

The Pavilion offers a variety of healthy menu choices all planned by our on-staff registered dietitian. Residents can select delicious meals from the week’s menu or instead order popular items that are always available, such as a hamburger or soup/sandwich.
Meals are enjoyed together in the main dining room (a separate dining room is available for residents who require assistance).
The outgoing and friendly activity staff at the Pavilion create and schedule a full calendar of social activities. These are designed to match the interests and physical capabilities of all the residents.
In our bright and airy activity room, residents can spend time with friends, watch movies, play games, browse the book shelves, and participate in seasonal parties. Enjoyable in-room activities are also planned for residents who are unable to leave their beds.
Spiritual services include gospel singing and visits from area pastors several times each week for service and Bible study.
