At this time, Appling Healthcare has no confirmed cases of COVID-19. We are continuing to closely monitor COVID-19 as the CDC protocols are changing quickly. The Georgia Department of Public Health Laboratory has limited testing capacity, meaning Appling Healthcare and GPHL must prioritize COVID-19 testing based on risk criteria, such as for individuals who are hospitalized with severe respiratory illness, ill contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases, healthcare workers, clusters of illness, etc. This may be subject to change, as the situation is very fluid.
