Courtney Hayes, FNP-C, has joined the team of expert providers at Appling Healthcare and is now seeing patients in Blackshear.
Courtney is a Family Nurse Practitioner who treats patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her key services include primary care, sick visits, women’s health, weight management, and physical exams to include sports physicals and pre-employment exams. She also provides aesthetic services to include Botox and dermal fillers.
Courtney is a graduate of College of Coastal Georgia where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University.
Her experience includes Family Nurse Practitioner at Diversity Health Center, Registered Nurse in Outpatient Surgery at Wayne Memorial Hospital, and Registered Nurse in Intensive Care and Outpatient Surgery at the Mayo Clinic.
She is married to Ethan Hayes, and the couple has a five-year-old son, West. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being anywhere near water.
Courtney is available to see patients Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
